Debora D. West, President & Director
Pastor Debora West is a native of Miami, Florida. She is a pastor, teacher, prophetess and author. Pastor West has been in ministry for over 25 years. She has a heart for the least, the lost, and left out; and a passion for ministering to hurting women. Pastor West embraces witnessing to those who have yet to commit their lives to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. She is the founder and President of The Healing Ministry, Incorporated (HMI), a nonprofit organization, a Community Resource Center which provides neighborhood-based support services to economically disadvantaged individuals and families, including biblical counseling and mentorship.
Pastor West has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration Degree, a Master of Divinity, and an honorary Doctoral Degree in Religious Studies. She is a licensed and ordained Chaplain, and a licensed Real Estate Agent. Pastor West is also a retired Federal Investigator. -
Vicki Flournoy, Vice President, Treasurer, & Director
Reverend Vicki Brown Flournoy is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a graduate of the Dillard High School Class of 1985. She attended Bethune-Cookman College (now University). and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1989. She then became a Media Buyer for KSL Media, Inc. for ten years before pursuing a career in the education field.
Upon earning a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University in 1999, Reverend Flournoy became an elementary school teacher in Broward County, Florida. After five years of teaching in the classroom, she became a Reading Coach, while earning an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership in 2004, also from Nova Southeastern University. In 2005, Reverend Flournoy completed the Broward County Leadership Program and was promoted to an Elementary School Assistant Principal position. She was honored as Broward County’s 2010 Assistant Principal of the Year, 2012 Woman in Religion (Charmettes, Broward County, Florida Chapter), 2012 Women’s History Month Leading Woman (Broward Commission on the Status for Women). She continues to serve as a school administrator now in her twenty-first year in education.
Reverend Flournoy is a proud mother of two amazing daughters. She currently serves as an Ordained Minister and Praise Leader at Mount Bethel Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2018, Reverend Flournoy became an entrepreneur and now serves as the President/C.E.O. of Victory Vision International, LLC where she facilitates ministry, coaching, counseling and event planning. Vicki’s passion for educating children has led to extensive outreach and family support. She has been instrumental in providing counseling, food, clothing, and shelter for low socioeconomic students and their families. Amid the hectic pace of being a school administrator, single mother, and a minister - she stays focused on her mission to transform lives by caring and sharing good news to encourage, empower and motivate others to fulfill their purpose.

Cynthia D. Holcomb, Secretary & Director
Reverend Cynthia Denise Holcomb was born in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Miami Jackson Sr. high school in 1978. Immediately after graduating, Reverend Holcomb began a career working in management and administration at the University of Miami. This position would be a beginning into a life of service and commitment to people, processes, and things. Reverend Holcomb worked at the University of Miami in several leadership capacities for 31 years. Through UM's leadership institute, she would continue her pursuit in higher education, gaining a certificate in Human Resources Management in March 1991. In March 2009, she became a member of People for Christ Ministries, where she currently serves faithfully as department head, teaching on Wednesday bible study evenings or during the Sunday morning worship hour. On November 14, 2010, she licensed as a Minister and later appointed as Administrative Secretary. She also sits on the Board of Directors for People for Christ Ministries as a licensed and ordained woman of clergy.
After relocating to Tampa, Florida, in December 2006, Reverend Holcomb continued her educational venture. She attended Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Theology in 2014 and Bachelors degree in Theology in 2017.
Her passion is to her family; three sons, four grandchildren, and her elderly mother. Next, Cynthia's desire is to encourage women of all ages who have been lost, hurt, and broken. She hopes that all people will be restored, build self-esteem, develop confidence, and pursue their destiny. Ultimately, her desire is "to enlighten everyone of their God-given purpose."
